Q: What area do you cover? Answer: Cleaning services operate in the West Yorkshire area at the moment and all other services are available nationally with alternative therapies in development.
Q: How much do you charge? Answer: This is very person centered as an organisation may be charged more than an individual because of the nature of the work. Shopping, laundry and cleaning services are charged by the hour or sessional basis. Carpet or oven cleaning may incur a deposit. Other services may also incur a deposit or charge for complex quotes or consultations.
Q: How long will it be before you get back to me? Answer: The KSCC target is 1 hour.
Q: Will you share my details with anyone? Answer: Possibly if there is a need to commission work or work in partnership with another agency. With your permission, the company stringently promotes that this is kept to a minimum.
